Our Story

Derbyshire was at the heart of the industrial revolution; a powerhouse of invention which has made our home on the banks of the River Derwent a World Heritage Site. A place of progress and passion for great products made the proper way with honesty and endeavour.

Our Still House occupies the former Johnson & Nephew Wire Works on the edge of the Shining Cliff Woods. Everything we’ve done in the realisation of the distillery and the spirits we make honours the DNA of this location, it’s heritage and its people.
