Their Story
Our personal passion is rearing rare breed animals, these keep us busy with our Tamworth pigs and Jacob sheep also our own bees for honey and geese for eggs.
Walking our Working Springer Spaniels also gives us an opportunity to forage for seasonal favourites like Wild Garlic and Elderflowers fresh off the fields.
All our products have food miles in mind and are usually found growing in our garden or foraged locally. These are made in our 5* Rated Kitchen in the heart of Derbyshire
