Nick & Jemma's Story

We employ skilled bakers to create products by hand and operate without the use of plant machinery, which helps to maintain exceptional quality and protect the dying art of craft baking.

We are a 24-hour operation supplying the hospitality industry; bread is baked through the night, while puddings and cakes are whipped up during the day.

We create around 50 varieties of bread while cakes, tray bakes and, of course, our Great Taste Award-winning Bakewell Puddings, are best sellers.
